Curiosity before code
We observe real work and ask experts about the exceptions. We simplify the process before automating it, and recommend existing tools when they meet the need.
About Kenact AI
We bring engineering judgment to the everyday work of running a business. By connecting your team's know-how with practical AI, we help turn slow processes, scattered knowledge and repeated admin into systems people can use.
Muttee Sheikh
Founder, Kenact AI
Muttee is an engineering leader and hands-on AI systems builder. His work brings together complex-systems engineering, full-stack software development, agent architecture, knowledge capture and process design.
You work directly with the founder, from understanding the problem to shaping the implementation. That means the person asking about your workflow is also accountable for how the system is designed. Specialist engineers or customer-facing practitioners can support a project when its agreed scope requires them.
The implementation toolkit includes reusable agent skills, source-based research workflows, business integrations, testing and recovery patterns. Each engagement adapts that foundation to your process, your people and the result you need.
We observe real work and ask experts about the exceptions. We simplify the process before automating it, and recommend existing tools when they meet the need.
You know what is in scope, who can access information and which actions need approval. We test uncertainty, failure and recovery as well as the expected result.
Documentation, reusable assets and practical training are part of the handover. Access, ownership, third-party licences and ongoing support are agreed in the scope.
Kenact AI is an operating brand of Capptify Inc., a Canadian corporation. Capptify Inc. is the legal contracting entity. Kenact AI is not a separate subsidiary or corporation.
The Kenact AI name distinguishes this practice from unrelated businesses using similar names. No affiliation with those businesses is claimed. References to AI tools or cloud platforms describe implementation options, not partnerships or certifications.
We welcome commercial projects, public-sector discussions and teaming opportunities where our capabilities fit the work. Our approach supports clear statements of work, acceptance criteria, source traceability, human approvals, documented testing and an operating handover.
For public-sector work, we assess the specific procurement, privacy, security, accessibility and data-residency requirements before proposing a solution. Supplier qualifications, clearances and certifications must be verified for each opportunity; none are implied by this website. Canadian incorporation alone does not determine where a system processes or stores data.
Discuss a project or teaming opportunityGood AI work needs people who understand the business as well as the technology. We want to hear from builders, curious problem-solvers and clear communicators who care about what happens after the demo.
