Inquiry and talent forms

When you select Send inquiry or Send expression of interest, the website sends your entered details through a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Email Service to our Proton Mail business inbox. This includes your name, email address, inquiry or portfolio details, the page you used and a submission reference. We use your email address so we can reply. A successful confirmation means the mail service accepted the message for delivery; it is not a guarantee of when a person will read it.

We do not maintain a separate website database of form submissions or deliberately write message contents into application logs. Messages remain in our business email account while needed to handle the inquiry, future talent interest or applicable business-record obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. Direct email links still open your own email application and require you to send the message there. Capptify Inc. uses the information to respond to the inquiry or expression of interest. Do not include confidential customer records, credentials or sensitive personal information in an initial message.

Hosting and measurement

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting infrastructure can process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. The form uses input validation, an automated-spam field and rate limits. A temporary rate-limit key is derived from the connecting IP address; the application does not add IP addresses to inquiry emails. Cloudflare may process request and email-delivery information under its own service practices. No advertising pixels or custom visitor analytics have been added to this website.

Client systems

Data access, approved providers, retention, residency and security controls for a client project are agreed during scoping. The fact that Capptify Inc. is Canadian does not imply that every infrastructure provider processes data only in Canada.
